1. In order to redeem the E-gift card in-store, provide the store employee with the 12-digit gift card code. 2. To redeem the e-gift card in the online store, www.duka.com, select "gift card" as the payment mode when you checkout and then enter the E- gift card number and PIN.

At the time of payment, the E-gift card balance will be reduced by the amount of purchased goods. If the funds on the card are not sufficient, the customer is obliged to pay the difference. 4. In order to redeem the E-gift card in the stationary store, a full 12-digit code must be given to the store employee. 5. In the case of returns of full-value products purchased using the E-card, the customer receives another gift card corresponding to the value of the returned products. 6.
