Step-by-Step Instructions: Inform FSM The end user must inform the Forecourt Manager/Supervisor (FSM) at the outlet that they wish to perform a Drive Track Plus (DTP) transaction using a REFUEL Paycode. FSM Enters Paycode The FSM will enter the REFUEL Paycode into the DTP terminal (Verifone make) and print the transaction receipt. Fuel Dispensation After the receipt is printed, the customer will receive fuel equivalent to the Paycode’s face value, as reflected on the slip generated from the DTP terminal. <P> The end user may guide the FSM/attendant based on the terminal machine type: a. Machine Type: VX 520 Press F1 (Non-Carded Transactions) Select Mobile Transactions Enter the Paycode b. Machine Type: VX 680 / VX 675 Press 1 (Non-Carded Transactions) Select Mobile Transactions Enter the Paycode <p> - HPCL gift vouchers are valid only for offline redemption at HPCL fuel stations. - These vouchers cannot be used on online wallets, apps, or websites. - Upon successful redemption at the outlet, customers will receive a printed slip as proof of usage.

Terms & Conditions for End Users Paycode must be redeemed in full. Partial redemption is not allowed. Multiple Paycodes may be combined in a single bill. A maximum of 10 Paycodes (EGVs) may be redeemed per day, per customer, per fuel station. For redemption of more than 2 Paycodes, customers are advised to visit outside peak hours (avoid 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM & 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM). Paycode is valid for 6 months from the date of issuance. Validity cannot be extended under any circumstances. Paycode is redeemable only at select HPCL fuel stations. Paycode cannot be exchanged for cash, cheque, or another Paycode. The company will not be responsible for loss, theft, or misplacement of the Paycode. No duplicate Paycode will be issued under any condition. Purchases exceeding the Paycode value must be settled via cash/card.
