Online: Instore: 1) Present your mobile device with an open gift e-voucher. 2) Increase your mobile's brightness to maximum by going to the brightness settings. 3) Use the pinch-to-zoom gesture to enlarge the barcode on your screen to the cashier for scanning.

1. E-vouchers can be used as cash to buy merchandise at any Lotus's store in Malaysia. 2. The e-voucher is non-exchangeable nor refundable (i.e., not returnable for cash or a new e-voucher). 3. E-vouchers are stackable, limited to a maximum of RM500 redemption in a single receipt. 4. The minimum spend must be at least the same amount as the e-voucher denomination. 5. No change will be given if the purchase value is less than the value of Lotus’s Cash Voucher denomination. 6. An e-voucher can be used together with cash (legal tender), a credit card, or a debit card. 7. The e-voucher is valid for one redemption only. 8. The e-voucher is not valid at the food court or any outlets not operated by Lotus’s. 9. Lotus’s Malaysia will not entertain any claims for defaced, damaged, or lost vouchers. Lotus’s Malaysia reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
