Online: 1. Kilik "TUKARKAN" dan masukkan ID PLN (11 digit) anda, pastikan anda memasukkan kodenya dengan benar 2. Salin dan catat 20 digit kode yang muncul pada voucher anda 3. Masukkan 20 digit kode token ke meteran listrik di rumah anda 4. Tekan tombol “ENTER” setelah kode diinput pada meteran listrik anda 5. Tunggu notifikasi berhasil setelah anda memasukkan kode 1. Harga token listrik dapat berubah sewaktu-waktu dengan pemberitahuan 1x24 jam sebelumnya melalui email. 5. Black out time adalah jam 23.00 - 01.00, mohon agar menghindari melakukan isi ulang pada periode tersebut.
