The person who has the GV/e-Pay is deemed to be the beneficiary. 3. The GV/e-Pay can be clubbed with the existing offers. 4. The GV/e-Pay can be used only for new bookings made through the Cordelia Cruises website or mobile app. It cannot be applied to existing bookings or used to make payments against bookings that have already been confirmed. 5. The GV/e-Pay cannot be redeemed for bookings made through travel agents, offline channels, the Cordelia Cruises call centre, Holiday Cruise experts, or any other third-party platforms. 6. The GV/e-Pay can only be used to pay the entire booking amount. It cannot be used for partial payments or to pay only a portion of the booking value. 7. There is no cap on the value of GV/e-Pay that can be used for a booking. The full itinerary value can be paid using GV/e-Pay. 8. Multiple GV/e-Pay can be used in one booking. There is no limit on the number of GV/e-Pay that can be combined in a single booking. 9. The GV can be converted into e-Pay as per the holder's convenience. 10. Cordelia or its affiliates shall not be responsible if the beneficiary shares the GV/e-Pay number, PIN, or account credentials, resulting in unauthorized use of the GV/e-Pay balance. 17. If the GV/e-Pay gets blocked on account of a technical issue, it will be enabled in 72 hours. 18. Any dispute should be referred to the company from which the GV/e-Pay has been received, and the company's decision shall be final. 19.
