In store: 1. Print your eGift Card or show it on your phone. 2. Bring it to any Gap store and present it at checkout. 3. The store associate will scan the barcode or enter the eGift Card number. Online: 1. Shop at www.gap.com and go to checkout. 2. Select Add Gift Card and enter the 16-digit gift card number and 4-digit PIN exactly as they appear. 3. Click Apply. You'll see a confirmation that the gift card value has been applied. You can apply up to five eGift Cards per order. To use another eGift Card, repeat steps 2 and 3.

1. This eGift Card is issued by and represents an obligation of Direct Consumer Services ("DCS"). 2. The eGift Card may be redeemed for merchandise at any Gap, Old Navy, Banana Republic or Athleta location, including Outlet and Factory stores. 3. The eGift Card may also be redeemed online for merchandise at gap.com, oldnavy.com, bananarepublic.com or athleta.com. 4. If you return merchandise originally purchased with an eGift Card, any refund will be issued as a plastic gift card issued by DCS, which may be used at any of these stores or websites. 5. Any merchandise purchased with an eGift Card is subject to the applicable store or online return policies. 6. Purchases will be deducted from the eGift Card balance until the value reaches zero. 7. This eGift Card may not be used with certain promotional offers and may not be applied as payment on any account. 8. You may not use an eGift Card to purchase other eGift Cards. 9. Additional value may be added to this eGift Card at any Gap, Old Navy, Banana Republic or Athleta store. 10. Redeemable for cash when the balance is less than $5, or as otherwise required by law. 11. Restricted to use in the USA, Puerto Rico and Canada. 12. By purchasing this eGift Card, you agree that the laws of the State of California, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern this Agreement. 13. A maximum of 5 eGift Cards can be redeemed per online transaction.
