A fresh take on Mexican food. Since 1990, Baja Fresh has chosen handmade over processed and farm-fresh over tinned. Every dish is prepared by hand from real recipes and real farm-fresh ingredients, with flavour and nutrition always chosen over fillers and fads. To keep everything as fresh as possible, Baja Fresh restaurants have no microwaves, no freezers and no can openers. Real food, made with passion, for real people.
