This GV/e-Pay entitles customers to order medicines ONLY. 4. Multiple GVs can be combined and added to the e-Pay balance. 5. The GV can be converted into e-Pay, and then it can be used partially at the holder's convenience. 6. The Netmeds e-Pay balance must be linked to the registered mobile number. 7. GV/e-Pay is applicable only on the medicine category. Toiletries, Cosmetics, FMCG products, or products of a similar kind cannot be purchased using GV/e-Pay. 8. The GV/e-Pay cannot be clubbed with the ongoing sales and offers. 9. For prescription-based medicine orders, a valid prescription from an authorized doctor is required for the fulfillment of the order. 10.
