Applicable on all items except items under the beauty, electronics, and home and lifestyle categories. Stackable with Brand Vouchers and Bonus Vouchers. Not stackable with other ZALORA and Bank/Payment Vouchers. 3. The e-gift card code is not redeemable for cash, cannot be cancelled and is non-transferable. Products purchased using a gift card are not refundable in cash: in the event of a return, the refunded amount will be credited back to the voucher code (store credit), which can be used for future purchases. 4. The voucher code will not be replaced or reimbursed if lost, stolen, damaged or expired. 5. E-gift cards are valid for a fixed period from the date of activation. 6.
